Abstract must be written in the English language in all parts including title, abstract text, names of the authors, affiliations.
Abstract should contain original material that has neither been published nor presented at another international meeting at the time of submission, and/or before the 16th IUAPPA Regional Conference. However, abstracts submitted to, or presented at, local and national meetings may be submitted.
It is the authors' responsibility to review, proofread and approve their submissions for format, form and language before the submission deadline.
Participants interested in making an oral or poster presentation are invited to submit an abstract. All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Abstract Review Committee and may be accepted for an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
The title should be concise, informative and should not be more than 50 words.
Authors’ names should be in surname-last format, capitalise on the first letter of each name. The presenting author’s name should be highlighted. A maximum of 10 authors are allowed for one abstract. The presenting author will be the sole corresponding author accepted by the conference.
Authors’ affiliation should contain the name of the institution, city and country.
The abstract text should be divided into the following headings: Background/Aims, Methods, Results and Conclusion. Word limit for an abstract is 300. No more than three keywords are allowed for each abstract.

A confirmation email of abstract submission will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 4: Payment
No immediate payment required. First or presenting author shall pay on or before 20 August 2023 in order for your abstract(s) to qualify for presentation during the conference. Each author or presenter will be charged based on the number of their abstract accepted.
Step 5: Summary
Submitted abstract(s) can be reviewed or modified via “Registration Summary” before the submission deadline.
